Design Director Michael Carr talks us through the second Edition watch produced earlier this year for a client in New York, including process photography of the assembly at our Clerkenwell prototyping studio in East London.

We started with the existing C-Line case reference, re-engineering and refining the architecture inside and out. This was used to house a much larger and more accurate ETA Precidrive chronograph movement within the same 41mm case diameter. The new movement reference then required a unique format triple eye dial, deepened case-back and raised, double domed sapphire crystal lens.
The result was a one off piece, comprising a combination 3 piece case of Stainless Steel and Gun Metal PVD finishes along with our first full blue dial, featuring oversized, triple sub-dial displays with twin channel Chronograph registers. The finished watch was then fitted with a tailored, matt blue alligator strap, hand made by the talented leather workers at Atelier Bracelet Parisian.
